Purchase or download support

Include the product name, order reference, purchase date and a short description of the problem. If a link or file fails, include the error message or a screenshot. For the Studio, describe your browser and device if relevant.

Refund requests

See the Refund Policy for the existing 30-day material-mismatch policy and the information to include with your request.

Privacy requests

Use the same email address to ask about access, correction or deletion of vendor-held purchase or support information. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between local Studio projects and information handled by checkout, hosting or payment providers.

Keep your message safe

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated personal documents. Your order reference is generally enough to begin investigating a purchase issue.

GalleryDNA support covers the GalleryDNA products. External image-generation, marketplace and print-service account issues should be directed to their respective providers.
